Welcome to Ramblin' Man, Inc. ("we," "us," "our"). We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard personal information when you visit ramblinmanrv.com and our related sites and tools ("Site"), contact us, or use our services — including by phone, text, or email — and when you make payments.

By using our Site or services, you acknowledge the data practices described here. This Policy is incorporated into our Terms & Conditions.

2.Scope of This Policy

This Policy applies to information collected:

• Through our website, online forms, portals, and checkout;
• When you communicate with us by email, text, phone, or social media;
• When you make purchases, payments, or service requests;
• When you engage with our marketing materials or subscribe to updates;
• When we otherwise interact with you offline or online, including at rallies, shows, and on-site service visits.

This Policy applies to both online and offline data collection. It does not apply to information handled by third parties under their own privacy policies, or to employment records of our own employees, which are handled under separate notices.

3.Information We Collect

3.1 Information you provide

3.2 Information collected automatically

• IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, language, and access times;
• Pages visited, links clicked, referring websites, and general usage data;
• Approximate location derived from IP address, used to show nearby technicians and events;
• Cookies and similar technologies (see Section 8).

If you use a map or "find a tech" feature and grant permission, your browser may share more precise location with the map service. You can decline or revoke that permission in your device settings.

3.3 Information from third parties

• Payment processors (transaction status, fraud signals — never full card numbers);
• Hosting, email delivery, and analytics providers;
• Dealers, manufacturers, and extended warranty providers in connection with a claim you ask us to bill;
• Background screening providers, for franchise or technician applicants who authorize screening.

4.Where the Information Comes From

We collect information directly from you, automatically from your device when you use the Site, and from the limited third-party sources listed in Section 3.3. We do not buy personal information from data brokers, and we are not a data broker.

5.How We Use Your Information

We use personal information for these business purposes:

• Provide, operate, schedule, and improve our services;
• Confirm part fitment and prepare accurate quotes and orders;
• Process payments, invoices, refunds, and warranty billing;
• Send service-related messages such as appointment confirmations, arrival updates, order status, and safety notices;
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide support;
• Maintain service, warranty, and compliance records;
• Send marketing emails or text messages, only if you have opted in;
• Detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, abuse, and security incidents;
• Ensure network and information security and diagnose technical problems;
• Comply with legal obligations, including tax, warranty, consumer protection, and recordkeeping requirements.

We do not use or disclose personal information for purposes unrelated to these core functions without your consent, and we do not use personal information to train third-party artificial intelligence models.

6.How We Share Information

6.1 Service providers

We work with trusted vendors who help us operate our business, including payment processing, website hosting, email and text delivery, mapping and routing, PDF generation and secure file delivery, background screening for applicants, and analytics. These vendors are bound by contract, may use information only to perform services for us, and are not permitted to use your information for their own purposes.

6.2 Authorized technicians and franchisees

To perform your service, we share the information a technician needs — such as your name, contact details, location, and Unit information — with the assigned Ramblin' Man technician or authorized franchisee, who is bound by the same commitments.

6.3 Warranty providers

If you ask us to bill a dealer, manufacturer, or extended warranty company, we share the claim information that Provider requires.

6.4 Legal or safety reasons

We may disclose information when required by law, regulation, subpoena, court order, or legal process, or to establish or defend legal claims, or to protect the rights, property, and safety of Ramblin' Man, Inc., our customers, or others.

6.5 Business transfers

If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, restructuring, financing, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to the same privacy commitments.

6.6 With your direction

We share information with anyone you ask us to, such as a spouse, campground office, or dealership handling your Unit.

8.Cookies & Tracking Technologies

Our Site uses cookies and similar technologies to keep the Site working, remember your cart and preferences, secure portal sessions, analyze usage, and improve performance. We use:

• Strictly necessary cookies — required for checkout, secure sign-in, and fraud prevention;
• Functional storage — remembers your cart, selections, and preferences on your device;
• Analytics — aggregate usage measurement to improve the Site.

We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You may block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some Site functions may not work correctly.

Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track. We honor recognized opt-out preference signals, including Global Privacy Control (GPC), as a valid request under state law where applicable. Because we do not sell or share personal information or serve targeted advertising, browsers sending GPC or Do Not Track signals are already treated consistently with those signals.

9.Text Messaging (SMS/MMS)

By providing your mobile number and opting in, you consent to receive text messages from Ramblin' Man, Inc. regarding your appointments, orders, and requests, and — if you separately opt in — occasional offers. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP; reply HELP for help. We may still send important transactional messages such as arrival notifications after a marketing opt-out. We do not share mobile numbers or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.

10.Payment & Card Data

Payments are processed securely through PCI-compliant third-party vendors. Ramblin' Man, Inc. does not store your full credit or debit card numbers or security codes. We retain limited transaction records — such as amount, date, last four digits, and authorization status — for accounting, warranty, and tax purposes. We maintain commercially reasonable safeguards for all payment-related data.

11.Sensitive & Special Categories

• Sensitive personal information. We do not seek Social Security numbers, government ID numbers, financial account credentials, precise geolocation, racial or ethnic origin, religious beliefs, health data, sexual orientation, union membership, or the contents of your private communications through our public forms. Please do not include them in a message. If a franchise or technician applicant must provide identity information for legally required screening, it is collected only with authorization, used only for that purpose, and never sold or shared.
• Consumer health data. We do not knowingly collect consumer health data as defined by the Washington My Health My Data Act, the Nevada consumer health data law, or similar statutes, and we do not use, sell, or share such data.
• Biometric information. We do not collect, capture, store, or use biometric identifiers such as fingerprints, voiceprints, retina scans, or facial geometry, as those terms are defined by the Illinois Biometric Information Privacy Act, the Texas Capture or Use of Biometric Identifier Act, or the Washington biometric statute.
• Financial information. Any financial information provided by franchise applicants is used solely to evaluate that application and is stored in an encrypted, access-restricted record.

12.Data Retention

We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, for legitimate business purposes, and for legal compliance. In general:

• Inquiry and message records: up to 3 years after the last contact;
• Service, order, invoice, and warranty records: as long as required by tax, warranty, and consumer protection law, typically 7 years;
• Portal account and access records: for the life of the account plus a reasonable audit period;
• Applicant records: as long as required for the application process, legal defense, and applicable recordkeeping law;
• Website analytics: in aggregate or de-identified form.

When information is no longer needed, it is securely deleted or de-identified.

13.Security & Breach Notification

We use appropriate physical, electronic, and administrative safeguards designed to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. These include encrypted transmission, encrypted storage of sensitive application records, access limited to authorized personnel, and restricted administrative accounts. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and use of the Site is at your own risk.

If a security incident affects your personal information, we will notify you and applicable regulators as required by the breach notification laws of your state and by federal law, without unreasonable delay.

14.Children's Privacy

Our Site and services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, consistent with the federal Children's Online Privacy Protection Act, and we do not knowingly collect information from individuals under 18 without parental consent. We do not sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

15.Your Privacy Rights — All 50 States

State privacy laws differ, and many states have not yet enacted a comprehensive privacy law. Rather than treat customers differently by ZIP code, we extend the following core rights to every U.S. resident, in all 50 states and the District of Columbia, subject to verification and to exceptions required or permitted by law.

• Right to know / access: Confirm whether we process your personal information, and receive the categories and specific pieces of personal information we hold, the sources, the purposes, and the categories of recipients.
• Right to a copy / portability: Receive a copy of the personal information you provided in a portable, readily usable format where technically feasible.
• Right to correct: Request correction of inaccurate personal information.
• Right to delete: Request deletion of personal information we hold about you.
• Right to opt out: Opt out of any sale, of sharing for targeted advertising, and of profiling with legal or similarly significant effects. As described in Section 7, we do not engage in these activities.
• Right to limit use of sensitive information: Limit the use and disclosure of sensitive personal information to what is necessary to provide our services.
• Right to withdraw consent: Withdraw consent you previously gave, including marketing email and text consent.
• Right to appeal: Appeal a denial of a request, as described in Section 17.
• Right to non-discrimination and non-retaliation: We will not deny service, charge different prices, provide a different quality of service, or otherwise retaliate because you exercised a privacy right.
• Right to an authorized agent: Use an authorized agent to submit a request, with proof of authorization and verification of your identity.
• Right to know about third parties: Request the categories of third parties — and, where your state requires it, the specific third parties — to which we disclosed your personal information.

Certain exceptions apply. For example, we may retain information needed to complete a transaction, provide a warranty, detect fraud, comply with a legal obligation, or exercise or defend legal claims, and we may decline requests that are unfounded, excessive, or that we cannot verify.

16.How to Exercise Your Rights

Submit a request in any of these ways:

• Call or text (800) 991-9359;
• Use our contact form and describe your request.

Verification. To protect your information, we verify your identity before responding, typically by confirming details already in our records such as the email address, phone number, or order associated with your account. We will not use information you provide for verification for any other purpose.

Timing. We acknowledge requests promptly and respond within 45 days. Where a state's law permits and the request is complex, we may extend that period by an additional 45 days (or the period your state allows) and will notify you of the extension and the reason. Requests are free unless they are excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded, in which case we will tell you before proceeding.

17.Appeals

If we decline your request, we will tell you why. You may appeal within 60 days by replying to our decision or emailing info@ramblinmanrv.com with "Privacy Appeal" in the subject line. We will review the appeal and respond in writing within 45 days (or the shorter period your state requires), explaining the reasons for our decision. If your appeal is denied, we will provide a method to contact your state attorney general to submit a complaint. This appeal right is offered to residents of every state.

18.State-Specific Disclosures

The following disclosures supplement the rights in Section 15 for residents of states with specific statutory requirements. Where your state's law provides greater rights than this Policy, your state's law controls.

18.1 California (CCPA/CPRA)

• Notice at collection: The categories of personal information we collect, the purposes, and the retention periods are described in Sections 3, 5, and 12. Categories collected may include identifiers, customer records, commercial information, internet activity, approximate geolocation, and inferences drawn to support service recommendations.
• Rights: Right to know, access, delete, correct, limit use of sensitive personal information, opt out of sale/sharing (not applicable — see Section 7), and non-discrimination.
• No sale or sharing: We have not sold or shared personal information, including that of consumers under 16, in the preceding 12 months, so a "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link is not required.
• Shine the Light: Under California Civil Code §1798.83, California residents may request information about disclosures of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. We make no such disclosures.
• Financial incentives: We do not offer financial incentives in exchange for personal information.

18.2 Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Montana, Oregon, Texas, Delaware, New Jersey, New Hampshire, Nebraska, Minnesota, Maryland, Rhode Island, Indiana, Kentucky, Tennessee, Iowa, Utah, and Florida

Residents of states with comprehensive consumer data protection acts have the rights to confirm processing and access, correct, delete, obtain a portable copy, opt out of targeted advertising, sale, and certain profiling, and to appeal a denial. Consent is obtained before processing sensitive data where required. Minnesota residents may additionally request a list of the specific third parties to which we disclosed personal data and may question the result of profiling; Oregon and Delaware residents may request the specific or categorical third parties as their laws provide; Maryland residents receive the enhanced sensitive-data protections their law requires. We do not conduct targeted advertising, sales of personal data, or qualifying profiling, so those opt-outs have no data to act upon in our systems.

18.3 Nevada

Nevada residents may submit a verified request directing us not to sell "covered information" as defined by Nevada law. We do not sell covered information. Requests may be sent to info@ramblinmanrv.com.

18.4 Washington and Nevada consumer health data

We do not collect, use, sell, or share consumer health data as defined by the Washington My Health My Data Act or Nevada's consumer health data law. If you believe we hold such data about you, you may request access or deletion using Section 16.

18.5 Illinois, Texas, and Washington biometric laws

We do not collect or possess biometric identifiers or biometric information, and therefore do not sell, lease, trade, or otherwise profit from them.

18.6 Vermont and other data broker states

We are not a data broker and do not knowingly collect or sell brokered personal information.

18.7 All other states

If your state has not enacted a comprehensive privacy law, you may still exercise every right listed in Section 15, and we will honor it on the same timeline. Your state's data breach notification, records disposal, and consumer protection laws also apply to us.

19.Job & Franchise Applicants

If you apply to become a Ramblin' Man technician or franchisee, we collect the information required to evaluate your application, including contact and background details, qualifications, work history, business and financial disclosures, and confirmation and results of a third-party background screening that you separately authorize.

• Background screening is performed by an outside consumer reporting agency under the federal Fair Credit Reporting Act and applicable state law. You receive the disclosures and authorization required by law, and applicable adverse action rights.
• Application records, uploaded documents, and generated PDFs are stored encrypted, accessible only to authorized administrators, and are never sold or shared.
• Applicant information is used only to evaluate the application, to communicate about it, and to meet legal recordkeeping obligations.
• The privacy rights in Section 15 apply to applicant records, subject to legal retention obligations.

20.Third-Party Links & Services

Our Site may link to external websites, manufacturer manuals, mapping services, and social media. Ramblin' Man, Inc. is not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those websites, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies.

21.Where Your Data Is Processed

We are a United States company and our services are directed to U.S. residents. Personal information is stored and processed in the United States. If you access the Site from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those of your location.

22.Accessibility of This Notice

23.Updates to This Policy

We may revise this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in our operations, technologies, or legal requirements. Continued use of our Site after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
